dodoqq is a community platform that helps the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community discover accessible events, open caption movie showtimes, and Deaf-serving organizations. The Service is provided free of charge for individual users.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading event information
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape or extract data from the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or organization

Donations

Donations are processed through Stripe and are voluntary. Donations are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We are not a registered nonprofit organization at this time; donations are not tax-deductible.

Event Information

We strive to provide accurate event information but cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of event listings. Event details are provided by organizers and third-party sources. Always verify event details with the organizer before attending.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by dodoqq and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
